Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or visit our support portal to submit a return request with your order ID and photos of the watch within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will collect the timepiece for a quality check to ensure the seal, tags, and protective films are intact.

  Secure Packaging

  Please place the watch back in its original DWC presentation box along with the warranty card and any complimentary tools provided to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the inspection is complete, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchanged model within 3-5 business days.
